How to map Datalix fields to HubSpot fields

Step 1 - connect your HubSpot instance to Datalix. Note: if you do not know how to do this, please refer to the How to connect HubSpot to Datalix article.

Step 2 - once your HubSpot instance is successfully connected, you will see a HubSpot Sync menu option. Click on it.

Step 3 - make sure Write to HubSpot is toggled ON

Step 4 - select the HubSpot object that you would like to map Datalix fields to.

Note: only Company and Contact objects are currently available for mapping.

Step 5 - click on the HubSpot Field drop-down to select the HubSpot field that you would like to map to Datalix.

Note: If you need to create a new field in HubSpot, simply refresh the Datalix mapping webpage once you have done so in order to see the new field in the HubSpot Field drop-down.

Step 6 - once you have selected your HubSpot field, click on the Field Type to choose if you want to set a Static value (which is NOT tied to a Datalix field) or a Dynamic value (which is tied to a Datalix field).

Step 7 - once you have finished mapping your HubSpot field to the appropriate Datalix field or value, click on the + button to save the setting and add another if you choose to.

Step 8 - If you need to edit an existing field mapping, make your changes and then simply click on the save button to update it.

Step 9 - That's it! You should now be able to run the Datalix Search, Analyzer, or Bulk Analyzer and push the results to your HubSpot instance. 😃
